Services Provided

MEM Metairie Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney services, tuckpointing, stone work, paver installation, and related construction services. All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Project Estimates and Pricing

All project estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions discovered during the course of work, changes to project scope, or material price fluctuations.

We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be specified in your project contract or agreement. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Project Timeline and Completion

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to minimize disruption to your schedule.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Our warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, alterations by others, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow any maintenance recommendations provided and notify us promptly of any issues. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring MEM Metairie Masonry, you grant us access to your property for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and that any pets or valuables are secured. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during construction.

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for the protection of both our team and your property. Our team follows strict safety protocols and complies with all OSHA regulations and local safety requirements.

Permits and Code Compliance

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit fees are typically not included in project estimates unless specifically stated. All work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations. If you request work that does not comply with local codes, we reserve the right to refuse that work.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the project scope must be requested in writing and may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline. If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for projects where materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
